Although this is an appeal from an order of the probate court, it relates to three different actions: (1) the probate action, (2) a negligence action against the administrator of the estate of the deceased, and (3) a bad faith action against Travelers Property Casualty Insurance Company for refusing to defend the administrator in the negligence action and indemnify the administrator for the judgment in the negligence...
